The master suite in this Reed neighborhood home is reconfigured for aging-in-place, functionality and aesthetic updates. Windows are replaced and added in the bedroom and bathroom for better views and daylighting. The bathroom is enlarged and includes an expansive vanity. A walk-in tile shower with a bench and adjacent hand-shower aids in accessibility and replaces the original tub-shower unit. The closet is reconfigured for more functional clothes storage.
West Hills Mid-Century Complete Home Remodel
Construction is underway on this mid-century full house remodel. The home will be opened up and modernized with a new kitchen, expanded master suite, and remodeled office and family room. Clean horizontal lines and detailing typical of mid-century architecture are employed throughout the home.
Irvington Remodel Phase 1
Construction is almost complete on phase 1 of this 1912 Irvington Bunglow. Phase 1 of the project includes the remodel of the second floor, two bathrooms, and the living and family rooms on the main floor. Phase 2, consisting of the kitchen and master bedroom, should start in the new year. The project is currently under Historic Design Review with the City of Portland
Alameda Master Bathroom
The selection of classic interior finishes, cabinetry, and fixtures are underway in this new master bathroom located in a new dormer addition in a traditional craftsman bungalow.
