The owners of this Wilshire Park home purchased this home as their "forever" home and hired Angie to develop a master plan that could be constructed over several phases as time and finances permitted.  The first and largest phase, constructed in 2001, consisted of removing the roof, adding a second floor, and reconfiguring the main floor plan.  The second phase, constructed in 2008, was a full kitchen gut and remodel.  The third phase, completed in 2014, created a home office, exercise room, and full bathroom in the unfinished basement.

With respect for the original character of the intimate 2 bedroom, 1 bath bungalow, the home now consists of 4+ bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.  In addition to the architectural planning, Angie assisted the owners with the interior design, incorporating playful modern touches while respecting the age and original details of the home.
